Quoting and questions were transparent. Even when additional roof damage was found, the Mathers team was very helpful in explaining the cause of the damage and what was needed to repair it correctly. They were very good at approaching unexpected additional costs to the customer. Also, the work was still completed in one day with the additional rafter replacement. Mathers' handling of service erased our concerns about tackling a big roof project and made us feel comfortable through explaining exactly what work was to be done.
