- KMKrysta MarconeNov 14, 20251.0I had a service done at my home; my boiler was working perfectly fine, had a maintenance check done on it and all of sudden my boiler (only 3 years old) is leaking water flooding my basement and ruining family photos that were in storage. I pay to be a part of the priority program and was still told that they would have to try and “squeeze me in”. What in the heck am I paying to be a priority member for if I’m not treated like one!? The whole point of paying for that is in cases like this I’m not sitting with a basement flooding for days…. I was obviously extremely dissatisfied with how I was treated and feel like I’m getting ripped out of money that I don’t need to be spending. When I was asked to call and speak to someone about my dissatisfaction in how the situation was handled, I WAS HUNG UP ON!! Not to mention, even though I pay to be a priority member and for the yearly maintenance fees, somehow the part that broke isn’t covered under any of that so I still had to pay completely out of pocket but when I look up the part, it’s only $80 yet I’m paying hundreds. No, I understand I would not be paying any $80 Because I do have to pay for someone to install it, but considering my fiancé Works on the system systems. I know that that is not how much I should be paying.
