  We had a great experience working with CarpetLand Burlington. Adam Sholts was immediately helpful and knowledgeable with helping us pick out our carpeting for our bedroom and stairs. We were able to schedule the measurement and installation very quickly. The installers were also quick and efficient and did an excellent job. Carpetland followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure we were pleased with the service and genuinely sounded like they wanted honest feedback. We also received a hand written note a few weeks later thanking us for our business. Would definitely recommend them for any flooring project!

  Be careful and look thoroughly at their work before the installers leave! We remodeled a stairwell and upstairs hallway by installing shiplap walls and a new railing in the hallway landing. We next hired Carpetland to install new carpeting, which would finish the remodeling. The carpet installation crew scratched up the polyurethane on BRAND NEW shiplap in multiple places going up the stairs! I emailed the sales agent, Brian, to report the issue and didn't hear back for over 2 weeks (AND AFTER I left a one star review). In the meantime, we tried to touch up the scratches and the "repairs" were just as noticable as the scratches were. Photos are of scratches that were not "repaired" yet and there were many other larger ones in different areas. Having spent THOUSANDS on the remodel we were pretty upset by the carpet installers leaving scratches on the walls! However, Carpetland did send out a repair person, Rick, who was very nice and able to minimize or eliminate the scratches with Old English oil and a Tibet Almond stick.

  We just replaced the flooring in 2 bedrooms and couldn't be happier. We stopped by the Burlington location on a Sunday afternoon and worked with Adam Sholts. We wanted to make the change from carpet to vinyl plank and unsure of what all our options would be. Adam took the time to listen to our wants and also made some good recommendations based on the adjoining hardwood flooring in the hallway. He was friendly and helpful with no pressure. We took home a few samples and made a decision. I was stunned on how quick the work could get done and the installers are absolutely fabulous. We took as much furniture & furnishings out of the room as we could, but still had some larger pieces they needed to either move or work around. They removed the old carpet, padding, staples, & tack strips and installed the new flooring and trim in one day (not even a full day). We've had flooring replaced in other parts of the house and this was the first time working with Carpetland. The floors look amazing! I can confidently say they have earned our future business.

  We used Burlington Carpet Land for new flooring in our bedrooms. We our repeat customers. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Garry from the Burlington store was very helpful. Installation was smooth. Highly recommend Carpet Land!
