Following that, there was little to no response to our requests for communication about billing and missed or late cleanings. Emails and FB messages not answered, phone calls not returned. Also, oUr unit was not cleaned on the last scheduled cleaning.

The Biffy was nice and clean but if I had to do it again I would not waste my money on the hand washing station. The water was powered by a foot compression bulb which over half of the group, including myself found difficult to make function as needed.
