  I want to start by saying the quality of work done by Immortal Exteriors is solid. They use good materials and the workmanship is above average. Their prices are reasonable as well, given the circumstances of the damages. However, this review is based on this project’s timeline and communication. In order to get any updates, I had to initiate conversations. There would be weeks at a time with no updates. This is frustrating as someone dealing with storm damage who has no experience in repairs like this. As a business owner, it should be paramount that your customers get regular updates and understand what is coming. Secondly, timeliness. It is my fault as the customer for not getting a clear expectation on a timeline for completion at the start of the project. The contract was initially signed at the start of the fall and it was not communicated to me that this would exceed a couple of months, and in fact take until late January to complete. The bigger issue though is that when the project stalled due to weather or materials issues, at no point did Immortal take responsibility for it when pointed out. It was always something out of their control. At project completion, when I asked if they were going to help out with any of the issues or try to make things right, I was met with the same responses. I paid my full invoice as agreed, but I was really disappointed in the lack of awareness by this small business owner. Your company thrives off of reviews and word of mouth communication and not making things right and taking responsibility for your customers will hurt you in the long run. I am appreciative of the quality of work, but I will not be utilizing Immortal Exteriors for any of my future projects.

  We used Mark and his business (Immortal Exteriors LLC) for a roof replacement on a property of ours recently. Mark and his crew did an awesome job from the initial estimate to the end of completion. Everything about the job was well done and went as planned. They deserve a 5 star review and we are excited to have found them by a referral to us. We plan to use their services in the future on other properties and will not hesitate to recommend them to others!

  Due to the storm in May of this year we needed a new roof, some siding, garage door and gutters replaced. Working with Mark was so easy. The work was done quickly and neatly. Highly recommend Immortal Exteriors!

  Just got our roof done. Mark made sure everything was done the right way after they were finished he came back and inspect it went into the attic and checked everything for us made sure everything was perfect. Will def recommend him to everyone I know.
