  Customer Service is great. Installation and workmanship was great. They go above and beyond to make sure that these are installed correctly and will not leak. If you need or want skylights added, but are worried about future leaking, you can be confident in Velux windows installed by Wisconsin Sunlight Solutions. If mine leak, I am confident it will be due to manufacturers defect, not the installation.

  I recently replaced 4 older Velux skylights with newer ones through Wisconsin Sunlight Solutions and their attention to detail is amazing! The guys did a quality install and left the place spotless. I even got a nice hands-on lesson with the new technology features and wi-fi control of the skylights. Highly recommend! After getting quotes and meeting with 3 other companies, WSS is the only one that didn't feel like a salesman, and felt more like a problem solver, not to mention the best price!!! Thanks guys!

  The website information is deceiving. There IS NOT a Sunlight Solutions location/showroom in Brookfield. Company deserves 0 stars for posting misleading information on their website.

  I picked Wisconsin Sunlight Solutions because they were a 5-star Velux installer and I have had great experiences with the product before. Made an appointment with the company to review my potential installation. They were good enough to make an appointment for the following week on a Thursday evening. I come home from work early to meet them. About 15 minutes before the meeting they called to state that they were tied up on a job and would not be able to make it to the appointment. We rescheduled for the following Thursday. I came home a little early again the following week to meet them on the second appointment day. The appointment time came and passed. About an hour later I called the mobile number that they had given me. I left a voicemail. I figured that there was another delay or emergency and asked them to call me back the following business day. This call was never returned. It's a couple weeks later at this time. I obviously cannot comment on the quality of work, but the professionalism is lacking. I would be concerned about working with Wisconsin Sunlight Solutions.
