  I would highly recommend the team at Ubiildit. Joe and his team do an excellent job! We are lucky enough to have purchased their beautiful 2025 Parade home. The quality is great, the design wonderful, and Joe and his team are easy to work with.

  Building a home was always a dream for us. I spent years walking through model homes, researching builders, and imagining what our home build process would look like some day. Once we found the perfect location for our home build, we started looking for the perfect home builder to work with. After looking into most of the home builders in the Milwaukee area, UBuildIt came out as our top choice. With UBuildIt we were able to get a 100% custom home that met all of our needs and didn't come with the custom home sticker price. Their pricing is 100% transparent. I knew down to the penny exactly where our money was going throughout the build. There were no builder up-charges for higher level finishes and no pricey change orders. I also knew exactly what UBuildIt was earning from our build, that was clear from the very beginning. This structure enables them to work for you as the customer and not blind side you with a low "base" price and tens of thousands dollars in upgrades. Their process enables you to be as involved or not as you want. We opted to use all of UBuildIt's contractors and didn't provide any of our own labor in the build. We had complete control over the finances and Joe and Matt did an outstanding job at walking us through how to work with the title company and the budget spreadsheet template. When I describe the UBuildIt process to people, I would say that you are in the driver seat and they are the navigation telling you where to go. You are in control, but they are there to guide and get you to the destination in the quickest and most efficient way possible. I would 100% do this process again, and would highly recommend the UBuildIt process to anyone who wants a custom home (at a great price comparatively) and wants to be in drivers seat for the biggest investment of their lives! Of course, there were some hiccups in our build, but the team handled any problems promptly, with professionalism, and put us as the homeowner/customer first. HUGE shout out to our incredible team: Matt Badger - Our planning consultant. Matt worked with us from day 1 and was available throughout the entire build (and after). He was very prompt and very easy to work with. Frank Martinez - Our construction site consultant - Frank is the best. He kept everything on schedule, he communicated with us, he was 100% honest, and he's a great guy to work with. Joe Meyer - Joe is the owner and worked with us on the title company end and learning the budget process. Joe is awesome and passionate about the process. He was a great resource! Andrea Wagner - Andrea helped with the bidding, communicating with contractors, and was a great resource when we were submitting invoices and getting draws from the construction loan. Great communicator and very prompt at answering questions.

  The building process with UBuild It was great. I was hesitant to build in 2022 from hearing all the issues with new construction at this time. Our expeditor Frank was able to keep a tight schedule and get the materials and subcontractors when we needed them. The design process was easy and exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this company for any of your construction needs.

  My wife and I built with U Build It. I was hesitant about the process and to be honest not particularly looking forward to it. We met with Joe and Jamie and from start to finish they made the process a lot of fun. We absolutely love our house. We have been in our house almost 5 years no with no issues with the quality or workmanship. We probably wont build again but if we do we will use them.
