  We just had a complete roof installation on our 20 year old roof by Basswood Roofing and they did a great job. We have a very large roof that is steep with a lot of weird angles. It took them three days to complete; 2 1/2 days for the reroof and 1/2 day for the cleanup. The crew was very meticulous and took the time needed to install the new roof. By the way, we had CertainTeed Landmark PRO asphalt shingles installed. I can't say enough good things about Basswood; they were very courteous and kept me informed during each step of the reroof process. I would highly recommend them.

  Nick and his team were nothing short of amazing during the snow removal and new roof installation we had them do for our house. The utmost professionalism and willliness to answer any questions we had is truly appreciated. The team worked hard to finish in a fay and all very were curtious and friendly. Needless to say, Basswood Roofing has been added to my contacts.

  Love my roof, it is absolutely beautiful. The guys that worked on my roof, very professional very polite, wonderful work they worked fast but did a great job. Nick the owner very polite understanding. Great company to work with. Well definitely calling to have my siding done along with some other work. Thank you all that were involved with my roof. This is the company to go with I give them a 10 all the way

  With the last heavy rain we had water coming into the house, couldn't find the company that had replaced it in 2018 so called Basswood. Best decision ever, fast reliable and did a great job so glad to have found them ❤️

  Where do I even start with what a great experience I had with Nick and Basswood Roofing. My job was extensive, total roof tear down, garage flat roof redone, total siding tear down on a 1940's house, he knew there would be surprises and was up front about everything. He was INCREDIBLY responsive, more than any contractor I've ever worked with, through the entire length of the project. If I called, he answered and handled my questions, same with text, he checked in to make sure I was happy with the job, again, incredible customer service. I went from initial contact to quote in my hands in less than 48 hours. He walked me through my options of financing, I signed everything and we were on our way. The roof was done by his crew in 4.5 hours on a 92 degree day. His crew foreman talked to me through the entire thing, answered whatever questions I had and gave me updates. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away like they had never been there. Then, the siding was tackled, and this is where I met Steve. Steve and his guys handled all of the siding tear off, the carpentry to fix all the rotted wood around the windows (16 in total) and all the metal wrapping I had which was a lot. Steve was just as responsive on the job site as Nick, giving me updates, asking how I wanted certain things handled, walking me through all of the problem areas I had and how they can be fixed, actually listening to me when I described the issues I had and showed me why I was having them, and how they were going to fix them. Obviously this took some time to get the house completely done, but they were done quicker than I expected and the house looked GORGEOUS. People have already stopped and commented, and drive slow past looking at the new gem in the neighborhood. When I did my walk around, I found 3 small issues that I texted Nick about, they were back out to fix it within 48 hours, walked me through to ensure I was satisfied before even cleaning up to leave, even if it was a quick 30 minute fix. So, here I am, with a house I don't even recognize from the outside, and glad I found Nick and his crew. I will absolutely be using them again. I've attached pictures I took of the project along the way. Thanks Nick, Steve and crew.
