Kasey (the owner) and his team delivered exceptional work from start to finish. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship really stood out—especially how they mitered and hand-finished the corners where the gutters meet. The finished product looks incredibly clean and is built to perform. Kasey upgraded me to larger downspouts, and the color choice matches my home perfectly. Before and after the install, he walked the entire perimeter of the house with me, listening carefully to concerns I’ve had over the years with drainage and gutter performance. Even after the first rain, when I asked him to reroute a downspout, he came back promptly and made the change—no hesitation. As someone who’s very detail-oriented (a bit OCD, honestly), I was extremely impressed. The equipment they used was top quality, and the crew was courteous and respectful of my home and my neighbors. I happened to be home during the install, which allowed for quick check-ins, but they were so professional I wouldn’t have needed to be. I highly recommend Kasey and the M&W Exteriors team to friends and neighbors. The quality, communication, and service are outstanding.
