- CCCaitlin CurtisNov 5, 20253.0They originally told us they would be there the week of October 13th to install our new furnace, when they failed to show and we called them they said we were not on the schedule and they couldn't make it until the week of the 27th; when they did come they didn't get our furnace functioning that day as they were "not used to converting to LP" and couldn't get it to start, they had to have a specialist come back the next day (leaving us without heat all night) to finish the job, BUT what really gets to me is that after everyone involved left there were small metal shavings ALL OVER our basement where our small animals walk AND chunks of cut PVC pipe laying around for us to clean up. Not very professional.
