  They originally told us they would be there the week of October 13th to install our new furnace, when they failed to show and we called them they said we were not on the schedule and they couldn't make it until the week of the 27th; when they did come they didn't get our furnace functioning that day as they were "not used to converting to LP" and couldn't get it to start, they had to have a specialist come back the next day (leaving us without heat all night) to finish the job, BUT what really gets to me is that after everyone involved left there were small metal shavings ALL OVER our basement where our small animals walk AND chunks of cut PVC pipe laying around for us to clean up. Not very professional.

  I have had a great experience with Pointon from start to finish. Initially JT came out to talk to me about what I was looking for and he listened to what I wanted as well as giving appropriate suggestions that made sense for my needs. He worked up an estimate and emailed it to me within a few hours. Bernie and John did the install on a new furnace, A/C and Smart thermostat. They first laid down a tarp over our carpet to protect the flooring. I am very particular, Bernie did a great job explaining the furnace installation and how future service will be easy because of the additional attention to detail of the install. John explained the A/C installation and was able to get me connected through a phone app with the Smart Thermostat. He was detailed in showing me how to use the app. These guys are exceptional. I will attach a few photos (sorry, they are not the best) It has now been approximately 4 months since the install. I have added a photo (Lennox stock photo) of the Lennox S40 thermostat. This is awesome and easy to use with their app. I am still extremely happy with my decision to use Pointon Heating & Air Conditioning Inc for the installation of our new Lennox HVAC system.

  Yeah I need a new Central air conditioner.. it was during that nice hot stretch we had. It almost seemed like after I called them, they dropped where they were doing, and brought out a new air conditioning unit to me and had it all connected within hours. ............. Service really doesn't get any better than that people.

  Highly recommended! We had an issue in which our heating and central AC went out at the same time. When we called, there were quite a few other customers ahead of us following a three-day weekend, but they still managed to get Mike, their technician, out to us by lunchtime. He diagnosed the primary issue (a fuse within the system) within two minutes. He didn't stop there because he wanted to identify why it would blow. Going outside, he found that mice had gotten into our AC and had chewed through wiring. Again, he didn't just fix the issue. He was proactive in sealing some holes that had been an easy entry point and lengthening the replacement wires, so they were more difficult to access. He seemed very knowledgeable about our systems. He verified that everything worked well before he left. The entire visit took 15 min because he worked quickly and efficiently. We will definitely call this company again, if needed.
