  We recently had J&N Heating replace the furnace in our house and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. The whole crew has been great to work with from start to finish. They have been very quick to respond to all communication throughout the process. They provided a nice clean new product and left a clean work space when they were finished. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks for a professional company to work with.

  We came home on a Saturday afternoon and found our house to be 55° F on a recent stretch of subzero weather. I called J & N and explained we would be able to maintain this temperature and wait until the regular business hours on Monday. We rescheduled a Monday morning appointment. I had other things to do at a big box store in Hudson and went there after scheduling with J & N. An HVAC company salesman from the competing big-box store immediately greeted us as we entered the store and asked about how our furnace was running. I kept walking but my wife shared our story. The big-box store quickly dispatched another salesman to our house, not to fix the problem but to take advantage of our situation by pressing me into a quick over priced sale. J & N quickly got our furnace working on Monday morning. They explained why the future long term prognosis for our existing furnace would be guarded. We could have replaced the old burners and blower bearing to squeeze out some more time. Instead, we chose to install a new 2-stage furnace. Much of our service call money was applied to the new furnace. J & N has knowledgeable technicians but also has old fashioned values on how to empathetically treat people. The J & N installation paid impeccable attention to all the small details. We are very content with our quiet dependable furnace. BTW, their price was much less expensive than the big-box store quote. The rare honest values of J &N will serve them and their clients well. Thanks!!!
