In a panic, I turned to Google and found Tim Rausch Plumbing. Tim answered right away, had me send a few photos, and within an hour he was here and had the work completed. I am truly amazed that they were available on such short notice—especially on Christmas Eve. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the quick response, professionalism, and excellent work. They were extremely personable, quality’s work,explained what was needed, best pricing, and great with the kids when they’d be around :) We had a trickey situation with access to the backyard faucet valve, but Tim & Ben were able to solution the issue/where our valve would legally be behind the wall and fix it without damage (see image of panel they installed - to also help with any future needs!) ***images show the work they did to help us with leaking issues*** 1. Bath tub faucet - unable to upload video but no longer leaking! 2. Front hose - able to get the frozen hose off for us and ensure no more leaking! 3. Our tricky backyard hose - replaced the faucet outside, created an access point to fix leak/future needs, and made it look clean! They are a family owned business, who care about the people they help, a complete 360 compared to another company that we tried prior to Tim’s team coming! The other company based out of MKE charged us a large service fee just to come tell us what we already kinda knew, weren’t sure where our backyard valve was so would need to charge $600 just to see if it was where they thought and ended up walking out the door no help or explanation.
