  Let me start by saying they were not actually doing a roofing job for me. I was the property next to the job that they were doing the roof they were the most disrespectful, horrible construction crew I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with they were asked to stop throwing stuff onto my property because I have a puppy and I’m terrified that they might leave a nail and not pick it up and what if my puppy gets it stuck in his paw is this company going to pay for the Vet bills that I’m going to incur? They were asked to stop driving there huge machine on my property They never even got permission if they could be on my property And the fact that when I told them to stay off my property, they totally disrespected me and my property they did whatever the heck they wanted even after I called the office and they told them to get off my property. They still did not comply. They threw construction material all over the place. They drove huge machines over my lawn, So if you wanna stay on the good side of your neighbors who ever hires this company please make your neighbors aware that they are coming and are the most disrespectful construction crew that any company can hire and will not show any respect for your neighbor’s property

  The estimator named Julius Faulkon was fantastic! He showed up right on time. He had a great personality and explained everything in detail. He did not try to oversell us which we also appreciated and made us trust him even more.

  We had a good experience with Security-Luebke. Eric was thorough when looking at our roof and gave great recommendations. Emily was very helpful answering all of my questions throughout the process & made sure we were happy throughout. The project was scheduled quickly. It ended up being quite a lot more work than expected due to some additional layers that were uncovered, but the crew worked SO hard to get the project completed in a reasonable amount of time.

  The roof installation was good. I was bit put off by the lack of communication. I would have liked more information. The gutter installation crew was efficient and personable. I arranged for them to use my adjoining neighbor driveway to work in. I gave them chocolate chip cookies! I had a good look at their work and realized there was 2 major errors. The discharge from the front south switch to go into my neighbors driveway. It was originally set up to discharge into my front yard. I have no idea why this was changed. The gutter installation on the front north was new. I had only had 3 before but was advised to have a 4 th. The north corner has a flower box and a black decorative grill. In talking with the salesman, he said the gutter could be installed on the side. I was shocked to see the gutter was install in front of my house!!! It was totally ugly and obnoxious! I responded to inquiries about the installation and expressed my dissatisfaction. I was contacted and stated my 2 problems and was told the job was completed according to “written instructions”???? A crew would be out to house in the afternoon. I explained my dissatisfaction with the job and they were as puzzled as to why the downspouts were not positioned correctly. They set to work and changed the discharge of the front south downspout and repositioned the front north gutter to the side (driveway) of my house.- plan on not driving over it with my car!! The mistakes were fixed to my satisfaction but I am totally mystified as to why they happened in the first place.
