Communicating with him was great. I didn't even know i didn't live in his servicing area and he still helped me. He understood my financial situation and my budget and was able to make it work. Ron and another guy installed my carpet and stretched an existing room. Ron was patient and communicated with me when there was a problem with the carpet from menards(stained) he worked around it and cut out the bad after my husband stopped by to see. He communicated when he was done and they left no mess. No foot tracks, n clearly is winter out so shoes get dirty. I can say of i need his services in the future he will be my only quote. Why ruin a good service. So thank you matt for being patient with me and understanding and thank you ron and associate for installing and being respectful.
