After providing a quote and giving general time estimates to do the work, which I was okay with, blew past those dates with no contact. When I contacted him, he gave me a new date range, which when pressed was clearly a lie to string me along. Dale and his team can maybe be the backup to your backup plan, but do not count on him for being professional or communicating as all business people need to do in order to be successful. He was belligerent when asked to be accountable.
