The two young gentlemen from Aquarius who completed my service today absolutely deserve a 5-star review! From the moment they arrived, they were courteous, respectful, and incredibly professional. They took the time to carefully assess my soft water equipment, clearly explained what they were checking, and answered all of my questions without rushing.
What really impressed me was their ability to quickly troubleshoot the issue and get everything running like new again. It’s clear they know their craft and take pride in their work. They worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before they left.
It’s not every day you come across service technicians who combine skill, professionalism, and such a positive attitude. Aquarius is lucky to have these outstanding young men on their team. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have to say that I gave this some time and thought before posting this. I feel it's my responsibility to warn people about this place. They are a total rip off and scam!
About 5 years ago they installed a water heater and sold me on a 10 year warranty. I think I paid over $1800. It seemed pricey but I figured I live in Kaukauna, the water is bad, the water heater will fail, and I will get a free one.
Well a couple weeks ago (about 4.5 years later), my water heater tank was leaking on the top. Gave them a call and said "Water heater tank is leaking, but it should be under warranty".
Basically they ended up charging me $1150 to do a warranty replacement. After asking for a breakdown of what that covered they were unable to tell me what I actually paid for, it's just a lump sum on the bill. They told me that is the flat rate based on industry standards that they charge for a warranty replacement. Pretty sure I paid for a new one.
Honestly, if you shop around, you can probably get a brand new install from someone else for not much more. AND, you'll get a full warranty from the install date. Mine is still from original install.
I checked in with another plumber to see what they typically charge for a warranty replacement install and $600 was on the top end of his estimate. Which is more in line with what I would expect.
In addition to being ripped off, the guy who showed up said he was there to "inspect a possibly leaking tank", low and behold it was (just as I told them on my call). Well then he had to drive to Green Bay (50-60 miles round trip) to pick up a new one. There were two techs for whatever reason and the second guy just sat in my basement looking through my stuff while the other guy was gone. Maybe I paid for their time to do this? That comes out to about $140 an hour per tech. He did ground the water pipes to the gas pipe with a couple feet of copper ground wire and a couple clamps. Maybe that cost hundreds of dollars? I'll never know.
Thank You for reading. You've been forewarned if you choose this place. Even if you used them originally and have a warranty job, you will pay $1150 for a replacement.
