    Cory and Eric were very professional and respectful of our home. They went above and beyond to help with a water leakage we had in the basement that we were not aware of until they arrived. Very Friendly and sociable young men!

    We purchased a Kinetico water system from Aquarius Home Services in 2020. Over the last year we have needed filter changes and service and when I called for an appointment, was surprised that I was offered an appointment 6-8 weeks out. When I asked if there was something available earlier, I was told no, I could book the appointment and then be put on the cancellation list. On Oct 6, 2025, I called to request service as I was noticing discolored water. The earliest available appointment was Dec 2, so that 's what I booked. Then sometime the week of Nov 10, we noticed a very salty taste to our water and I called again, requesting an earlier appointment than Dec 2, but was told nothing was available, but I could be put on the cancellation list and marked as "urgent". This was unacceptable to me so I began calling other plumbers to see if I could find someone else who services Kinetico systems. I found businesses who would be happy to come out and look at it within the next few days, but they would have to order parts and make a return trip and all said that it was very unusual for my appointment with Aquarius to be booked out so far so I decided to try calling Aquarius again to request urgent service. This is when my call was answered by a virtual assistant who was no help. When I asked to speak with Mark Hanson, who sold us the system, I was told the virtual assistant couldn't access the employee directory and I needed to call the main number. When I asked the virtual assistant for the main number, it told me I had called the main number. I then recalled that I had Mark's number saved in my contacts and texted him directly. Within minutes Mark called me and listened to my concerns and told me that he could get someone out sooner. I received a call and was offered an appointment for the very next day. I had Cory Hanson and Eric come out to service our system. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and apologized for the frustration I experienced when trying to book an appointment for service. They tested our system, went above and beyond and fixed our problems. From a service standpoint, they are an excellent, reputable company. They do need to fix their call center so that the service reps aren't leaving customers hanging for service for 8 weeks. I give 5 stars to Mark, Cory and Eric, but the customer service reps who are answering the phones and scheduling the appointment get 1 star and the virtual assistant gets a zero. Both Mark and Cory agreed it was a problem and will look into it and work on improving their scheduling system.

    Annual service on our drinking water system. Sawyer was fantastic. Incredibly personable and professional. Our system has always been a bit finicky and as usual was again. Sawyer was super patient and made sure to address any possible cause. It took longer than either of expected but he kept me informed and got it working correctly. Additionally, through his very thorough review of our entire plumbing system, we found a leaking drain. They were able to get a plumber scheduled for the next day to repair. Great service, thank you.

    Would not recommend. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for my time. I scheduled a furnace tune-up over a month in advance and specifically adjusted my work and personal schedules to accommodate the appointment. I know my furnace is old and was looking at purchasing a new one soon. The night before, I received a text confirming a 5-hour arrival window from 10 am to 3 pm. I made sure I was home and waiting. At 12:30 pm, well into the scheduled window, I received a call stating they were no longer coming that day due to "other service calls." It is unprofessional to cancel a long-standing appointment at the last minute, forcing a customer to waste their day. If a company cannot respect your time, you should not give them your business. I will be finding a more reliable company to purchase my new furnace.

    We had our first appointment with Cory..He was very through with letting me know how much salt should be in the container and what to look for if salt needed to be added Also explained the water samples look good and he would be changing the filter and recording it on the system. Sent me a text when he would be arriving for the appointment and was prompt.Went very smooth and he let me know when the next appointment would be.
