  My technician, Eric, today was very knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. He tested my water, changed my filters, restocked my salt supply and gave me important updates. He called me ahead of time so I was aware what time he would be arriving at my house. He also made sure to clean up any mess that was brought in by today's snowfall. Very happy with the overall service that I received. Thank you!

  Cory came and did my annual maintenance on my water filtration system. He was very friendly and informative and saved me some money! I am really glad that I decided to go with Aquarius to install and service my system. Highly recommended.

  We have the full Kinetico system from Aquarius. They also replaced our water heater when it went in the Spring. Service has been great, every technician that comes to our home is friendly, professional and takes the time to go over everything they did. I appreciate this. Happy that we can typically get a visit quickly when our system needs maintenance outside of regular scheduled visits. One thing they could improve on is the new AI phone system they have recently installed. It's just better to talk to a human being than an AI agent that can understand what we need.

  Fantastic experience with Aquarius Home Services. We were struggling with very hard city water that was tough on our home, clothes, and even our skin. Aquarius Home Services made the entire process easy from start to finish. Mark tested our water, clearly explained the hardness, sediment, and chlorine levels, and helped us understand what that meant for our home. He walked us through our options, recommended the right Kinetico system, and explained everything in a way that was simple and reassuring. Installation was smooth, the system is easy to maintain, and the improvement has been noticeable right away. Highly recommend!

  Very, very disappointed in Aquarius! Servicing existing equipment is impossible with Aquarius, and comes with extended lead times for available appointments for HVAC tuneups! We have been customers since 2009. Before Aquarius, they were locally know as Comfort Control Systems. We had excellent service and were made to feel like we were a part of their family, which we appreciated. We could schedule furnace tune ups easily and appointments were readily available, within reason of course. We never had a problem, until Aquarius took over. Since Aquarius took over, and as I stand here today on 12/8/2025, a furnace tune up appointment is 3 months out, with first available appointments in March 2026! We pay for two yearly service appointments, and you are telling me I have to wait 3 months to schedule an appointment today? That never happened under Comfort Controls. Aquarius’s scheduling is very inconvenient for customers, and they don’t seem to value your time. If you can schedule an appointment within a reasonable time frame with Aquarius, you likely need to take the day off from work because they could come any time during the day, between 8am-5pm. Typically, Aquarius does not know until the day before appointment day before providing a four hour window the technician can be at your home. By that time, it isn't easy to work around a fixed schedule. It is very inconvenient for the customer, and truly disrespectful of our time! It makes it extremely difficult to plan ahead and have someone home for an appointment. I guess this is the kick we needed. We will need to look for another HVAC service provider who is local and cares about their customers time and money. All Aquarius seems to be concerned about is selling (and upselling) new equipment, who is trying to become a Midwest HVAC conglomerate that leaves their loyal customers in the dark! I could go on about our central air unit we purchased earlier this year from them, a 14.3 SEER single stage unit that was sold to us for $11,200, all in! We needed it and went forward with it. We could not afford a new furnace, but they sure tried pushing us to buy one, for an all in price close to $28,000 total (AC & furnace)! Salesperson told me to ask my parents for help if I couldn’t afford it! My wife and I were in shock! 😳 I should have gotten another quote from another HVAC company, but trusted Aquarius wouldn’t overprice me and full court press me into thinking I needed more than asked for. Never again! They lost my trust and lost this customer! 👋
