Called them on Sunday and they came. No extra charges. Like a normal day. John did a excellent job. Inspecting, showing worn parts and bad workmanship that the other place did in 2020. Gave us 3 options, in repairs. Picked the 3rd option. Got the lifetime warranty. He was done in a good time. He wasn't messing around. This guy was on it. Had me come out and look over everything. Also made sure my opener worked properly. I was very impressed with John and this company. The lady on the phone was polite, and concerned. It was a win win. They are now my go to for garage door repair!

I called to schedule an estimate; it only took a couple of days, and they put me on the short list in case any openings came up. None did, but they said they’d waive the travel fee. The day arrived, and John was promptly on time within the three-hour window given. It was -25°, and this guy showed up to fix my garage door with a great attitude—better than could muster in that weather, honestly. He gave me three estimates, and I chose the cheapest option to stay within budget during the holiday season. John gave me time to talk it over with my wife while he got to work right away. Once we told him what we chose, there was zero hassle—no upselling, no payment plans, nothing. His work was done quickly and thoroughly. He explained which parts were good and which were bad, and he didn’t try to sell me extra components that didn’t need replacing. With so many companies overcharging and underdelivering, it was incredibly refreshing to see someone undercharge and overdeliver. We did have one small discrepancy: after I paid the bill and he left, I noticed I had in fact been charged the travel fee. I called the next business day, they apologized for the mistake, and immediately corrected and updated the invoice—no qualms at all. A+ all around.
