  My k5 only lasted 3.5 years. got you locked in with kinetico filters which are expensive and no better than other filters out there. Its not new tech but they price it like it is. All the service techs I've delt with were awesome!

  Such an articulate company - from the 1st rep Mark who tested our water to the tech Eric who did the install. It's obvious they love this system & want us to be happy with it also. They were both very clean (no disturbance or mess to deal with) - I really appreciate this. Both of these guys were very polite & treated us with respect answering all of our concerns & just being fantastic to deal with - not at all like a company starting with the letters (Cul) - we walked away from them with a bad taste. We just had our install today but I am so looking forward to having soft water again having been without it for almost a month. Thank you & a HUGE shoutout to Eric & Mark - you should both get a raise just because you're both "FANTASTIC" !!!

  Josiah was fantastic! He serviced my reverse osmosis system quickly and efficiently. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how to best maintain the system going forward. What really stood out was how kind and thoughtful he was—he even offered to bring me some banana pepper plants from his own garden at home. That kind of personal touch is rare these days. I highly recommend Josiah and would definitely use his services again. Five stars! Scott and Jeanni Stevens

  Very very happy with the entire process, on the new reverse osmosis system, starting wit Mark for the water test and sales, to Ty and Eric on the installation. I am a bit picky when it come to theses thing and especially the install and Ty and Eric did a beautiful job with the install and answering all my questions. The office did a great job keeping us informed and Ty touched base on his estimated arrival time. 5 stars to the whole process!! Thank you, Tim Green Lake
