  Red Oak Exterior was amazing to work with as are roof was damaged in the hail storm. The work done was exceptional and everyone involved in the process was truly professional!!! I would highly recommend Red Oak for any of your roofing work or other outdoor projects.

  Red Oak Exteriors helped me with a residential roofing project in Eau Claire. They were very communicative, showed up when they said they would, and executed the project with precision. There was a minor issue that arose, outside of their control, and they resolved it promptly, thoroughly, and with a high level of professionalism.

  We are incredibly grateful to have had Red Oak Exteriors recommended to us following a recent hailstorm. Our roof and gutters had been damaged during the storm and from our first contact with Ben, to the completion of our project under Matt’s supervision, we felt well informed, cared for and found the workmanship to be outstanding. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. What impressed us even beyond the quality of their work, was the prompt, respectful communication we experienced during each phase of our project. At our initial meeting, Ben listened to our concerns regarding our particular roof and provided us thoughtful solutions for addressing problem areas. He then guided us through the process of working with our insurance company, and was even available to review our roof alongside our insurance adjustor. Within weeks, Matt, the project director, met with us to survey our home. He was well informed about each problem area as well as the solutions we had discussed with Ben, and as we walked around our home, he took time to explain how they would protect our siding, deck, yard and gardens. Several days later, Matt arrived with a large crew who completed our roof after working hard through a 12-hour day. They had not only taken great care with placing our roof but had also thoroughly cleaned up the area surrounding our home. Tayte, from Integrity Seamless Gutters, finished up our project. He did a wonderful job of problem solving for a difficult connection point in our gutter system and worked continuously and carefully over 2 days to give us a beautifully finished product. We found Red Oak Exteriors to be a truly impressive team of professionals who are as dedicated to providing a quality finished product as they are to ensuring a wonderful customer experience. 5 stars!   wow. red oak went above and beyond. first thing to mention is they are actually a local business - born and raised in eau claire- not scammer storm chasers from mn. and they did excellent work. my whole house and two sheds in one day and i couldn't even tell they had been there everything was so clean when they were done!! they are honest. i only needed 3 pieces of base plywood replaced- not the whole thing (that's not what the first company said). they redid how the chimney was done and explained how it will be leak proof now. the house has extra long eves so they addressed that with extra layers of underlayment stuff. the workers were polite and courteous and wow were they efficient! i would highly recommend! and, they didn't try to rip off the insurance company either (first company didn't like insurance amounts and said we would have to fight for more). hire these guys!! ilana v.

  My daughter spoke very highly of the Owners family and recommended I contact Red Oak Exteriors to review our hail damaged roof. My wife and I took a chance as we have never met Ben and Team and were very impressed with their professionalism, timeliness, and top-notch communication from start to finish. Job was complete inside of one month from initial contact. Thanks again, Red Oak Exteriors!
