So, I called multiple times, talked to their phone service multiple times who said they would have them call me back. No phone calls back! So, I ended up booking 2 more appointments, appointments confirmed, technician on his way, again NO SHOW!!! No calls either! Is this company a scam? Is this company still in business???

Initially they had scheduled an appointment for the following week but had a cancellation and were able to come the very next day. They were both professional congenial and very pleasant to be around. They fixed the problem very quickly invoice amount was reasonable. I highly recommend christensen's to anyone looking for furnace or AC repair.
