Intermountain West Insulation made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Brandon, the installer, did an amazing job putting in the new door and opener, and everything works perfectly now. Friendly, professional service at a fair price. Highly recommend!

- LCLogan ChurchJun 15, 20231.0Emailed for a free estimate and got a quick response. Talked to Mark on the phone on a Thursday. We set up an appointment for 9:30AM the next Tuesday. Tuesday 9:30 comes and nothing. I send a text at 9:50 and then call at 10:00. He answers the phone and tells me he “forgot” and will be right out. My gut told me to just tell him to forget it but it needed to be done ASAP. Doesn’t show until almost 10:40. My wife says he shows up in cargo shorts and a polo. Doesn’t get in a suit or anything. Now mind you half my crawlspace is only accessible by crawling. He’s down there for a few minutes and comes back up and gets me email address from my wife which he says he will send quote to. I get nothing rest of day. He calls me the next morning saying he was waiting for me to call. Says I have x number of feet of pipe that need insulated and whatnot which he would have no idea about unless he crawled around under there which he did not. Said he would work on a estimate for me. It’s now two days later and still nothing. I’m honestly worried he has some kind of memory issue or he is just a terrible salesman and worker which based on other reviews it appears he has issues calling people back and showing up for appointments. Go with someone else
