- SSShaneSep 22, 20252.0Shop is still standing lots of issues. Poor, poor, poor communication and and poor build quality At least 9 large cracks. Broken septic pipe after being told where it was. See Photos before going with them!!!! They are Just looking for a paycheck.

We were so excited to finally be able to build our barn but due to many many delays, lack of communication, the job starting almost 4 months late and taking until mid October that excitement turned to frustration and a lot of unnecessary stress. They just need to follow through project by project and do what they say they will do.

Spent my money and did not get around to the shop until Novemeber and finished in December. Customer service was lacking and when I build my next building I will not have Barnmasters do it. Used my money for 8 months without a word. Very poor workmanship and product. Would not recommend them. DQ
