I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at 830a the following morning. They said they could have someone there between 11a-2p. Their tech Carlos was here by noon, and had brought a replacement water heater. Carlos came in, checked out the old WH (was a cheap one and was 15 yrs old). Carlos was professional and knowledgeable. And easy to talk to. He got to work, discovered an additional issue (our house has bad plastic piping that easy fails), so he fixed part of that which was also failing. By 330p we had hot water again. So grateful they were able to come and take care of it, all in the same day. Excellent customer service!

They quoted me less than half the cost of the first estimate. Our plumber Luke did an excellent job, very professional and got the job done quickly. Will definitely be using them for our future plumbing needs!
