  I had a leak of both the hot and cold water valves under the sink (this was in a high traffic bathroom and needed to be addressed soon). I’m in Kirkland and wanted to use someone local to me, so I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Redmond. From the initial phone call for service (Claire) , to the fixing of the issue (Luke then Carlos) , there was excellent communication and service. A plumber was able to come out SAME DAY and replace the valves. They used high quality parts and were punctual and fast. The next day, I noticed there was a *tiny* drip coming from the wall where one of the valves had been replaced. I called Claire again, and she sent out Carlos first thing Monday morning to address it. He was able to fix it and there was no charge for the additional visit. I would highly recommend this plumbing service, especially if you live on the eastside (Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Bothell, Woodinville, etc).

  When I spoke with Malisa she said that I would be serviced by the Annapolis office. Last time I checked, Annapolis is less than 45 minutes from my house. I don't know what map you're using but you must be driving in circles to take over 2 hours. If you don't service Denton MD why didn't the person I made the appointment with tell me that before I took the morning off just to waste my time? I made the appointment over the phone, with a real person. Maybe you should inform your employees that the areas listed on the website are not correct. I did not appreciate your response to my review making it seem like I don't understand how a map works. I really don't know if the work your plumbers do is good, but I will definitely not recommend your company.

  Carlos communicated that he was on his way ahead of his arrival, and was on time. He was polite, knowledgeable and clearly explained what he was doing, and why. His work was to a very high standard and afterwards he walked me through the operation of the equipment. He tested the installation and made sure to answer all my questions before leaving. Excellent customer service from him.
