  I had interactions with 2 people at AAA1: Emma, who set up the appointment, and was cheery and professional, sincerely apologizing when the job ahead of mine was taking longer and having to reschedule, and Alvaro, who came in and did the work. From watching Alvaro work, I could tell that he is a guy who is dedicated to getting it done without taking shortcuts or speeding it up if behind schedule: he makes sure the job is done right. He also managed to find the source of a slow leak on our roof and sealed it for us.

  I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, work preformed and customer service we received from AAA 1 Roof Care. Gilbert did a fantastic job cleaning our roof and gutters!! I was impressed at how much attention he paid to detail. He let me know some potential problem areas with our roof but was not pushy about. I did have to leave before he was finished so when I get home, I was pleasantly surprised at how little mess there was around our house. In fact, there was really no mess. He did a great job of cleaning everything up and our roof and gutters look awesome. Although our roof did not fall under the coupon special pricing, Angela worked with us so it was reasonable to have out roof and gutters cleaned. I would highly recommend AAA 1 Roof Care to anyone who needs their roof and gutters cleaned. They did a fantastic job and I will use them again in the future.

  I have these guys out every year as my tile roof is in trees and i like my roof spit shine clean! Friendly office, same guys come out every year, these guys are great all the way around. We have been using them for over 10 years and had a lot of trouble with other businesses saying they know tile roofs and doing a half way job before these guys!!! They also do my large driveway and patio too. Never have been disappointed with the job they do. Highly recommend.

  My $649 roof cleaning (with the $299 coupon) is going to cost me an additional $2,500 to repair the water damage to my basement caused by the operator's not hooking the hose up properly. Water sprayed out around the faucet, went down the side of the house, and into my basement which was filled with books and bookshelves. My son and I frantically removed the books, carrying dozens of boxes upstairs. I mopped and used every towel in the house to soak up the water. Now a wall and the floor have to be torn up and replaced. The $2,500 is my insurance deductible. In addition to the back-breaking labor, I have to clean additional mess left in the back yard. AAA1 refused to confer with me directly to solve the problem, giving me no choice but to make a claim with my insurance company, possibly raising my insurance rate in the future. I don't recommend this company!
