  I have a rental with tile roofing which is needs special cleaning. Last time the roof was cleared of moss and whatnot was before pandemic. Roof was a mess and as such the gutters were mess too. One call to these guys solved all my roof cleaning issues. Firstly, a polite, professional gentlemen showed up for estimate. The roof cleaner who showed up a couple of days later was very skillful and hardworking. He pressure washed the roof clean with impressive results. He cleaned up after himself and talked to me about what's going with my roof. The price was reasonable too considering the amount of work that had to be done (including cleaning). All in all, no friction or surprises. Recommended and will hire again.

  I responded to the $299 coupon in the clip it magazine. AAA-1 was not willing to honor that coupon, quoting a price over $100 more and refusing to lower it. My house is only an 800 square feet rambler, not something difficult. I think the coupon is a scam.

  Randy provided a very detailed estimate and was very thorough. Customer Service reps: Emma & Angela were great to work with. Leo (Leonardo) service technician was SUPER friendly, roof-cleaning & pressure washing driveway & two pathways was fantastic, and cleaned up the gutters, house, and windows. Made my wife & I very happy for a job Well Done! Thank you.

  I have these guys out every year as my tile roof is in trees and i like my roof spit shine clean! Friendly office, same guys come out every year, these guys are great all the way around. We have been using them for over 10 years and had a lot of trouble with other businesses saying they know tile roofs and doing a half way job before these guys!!! They also do my large driveway and patio too. Never have been disappointed with the job they do. Highly recommend.
