  I ordered shower glass panels through this company. They have the worst customer service I’ve seen in years their installation and delivery times are during business hours only, so there’s no flexibility to make arrangements before or after hours which are very limited and they will not guarantee an appointment time so you will need to sit around and wait for them for four hours to show up. There was a mistake made in my order. I ended up going and picking up my shower panels and there was a mistake made by the company about the latches used to install them. The color was wrong. I have asked them to come and replace the latches because it was their mistake. I saw on the order where it said there was one that was chrome and one that was gold, and they sent me two gold latches. And they basically have refused to do that so I feel like I would give them a half of a star because I did get good service when I went in to order and look at the shower panels that they had but that was the end of the service.

  Jorge, Jimmy and Joey were the most polite workers I’ve ever met. They did a great job with installation as well. The shower glass and installation were completed as promised.

  We just built a house and had the glass company who did the mirrors also upgrade the closet shelving and shower doors - which turned out AMAZING. Everything is very high quality material. The mirrors fit and are installed basically perfect for starters. The sales/measure team were very knowledgeable and meticulous. There were a lot of aspects that were relatively customized at most of the closets and the installation crew knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I personally like to think I have an eye for detail and the install team Fernando and “Chewy” did a great job. They showed up when they said they would. They were polite, courteous, respectful of tracking dirt/debris inside and even outside of the house. I noticed they had what seemed to be an amazing support team behind them. If there was a part needed, they didn’t have or otherwise, they made a call and 30 minutes later it was there. Having worked with other companies in the past, this was most impressive. For context the builder on the new house didn’t paint garage and am having that done by another company who no-showed 3 days in a row. The sheet rock guys for the texture on the walls didn’t show for 3 days in a row. In short, stop thinking about it. Do yourself a favor and just call these guys.
