  We recently had a shower leak and Kyle came out to fix it. From the moment he started, it was clear he brings real passion to his work. His attention to detail, care, and pride went beyond just doing a good job. It felt more like true craftsmanship. Everything was handled professionally, and the issue was resolved thoroughly. It’s great to know we don’t have to search for a reliable plumber anymore. If we ever need help again, we’ll definitely call Benjamin Franklin and request Kyle. Highly recommended.

  Kyle did a great job fixing our kitchen sink clog. We had a pretty stubborn blockage — Drano didn’t work, and a previous attempt with a drain snake didn’t fully clear it. Kyle came in, took the time to thoroughly snake the line multiple times, and successfully cleared the grease buildup. He was professional, efficient, and explained what was going on clearly. He also gave helpful advice on how to prevent future clogs. Highly recommend!

  After a frustrating experience with multiple plumbing companies trying to overcharge, giving us wrong diagnoses to upsell and rude staff, I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for help. They are totally different and an amazing company! They showed up exactly when they said they would, provided professional and courteous service. My issue was fixed perfectly at a fair price with no hassles. Gave me a fixed price for the work so I knew exactly what I was going to pay.

  We discovered our water heater was leaking and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The technicians came out inspecting the situation, also found out that the gas line was in the way for a water heater replacement. They safely cut the gas line, replaced the water heater, and reconnected everything efficiently. I was impressed. They also went into the crawl space for a safety inspection and found that our water lines lack proper support, which could lead to pipe damage in the future. We really appreciate their attention to detail and thoroughness. Thank you to the team for the great service! Will definitely use them again.
