- FSFlat Stanley3 days ago1.0I would give zero stars if possible. I hired them to install laminate flooring. My subfloor was uneven and my primary concern was making sure everything was level before installation. I was assured over the phone that they would do that. There was poor communication before starting the job, which is whatever. But the actual installation was terrible. unlevel flooring, which ruined my floorboards. They did not level my subfloor as promised. I would highly encourage to hire someone else for installation of your floors. Edit: their professionism or lack there of is evident in their response. they will not take responsibility for their lack of quality. I have provided proof of both estimes and invoices, that I payed for their poor quality
