  These guys are the best! The collaboration was amazing and they really listened to what I wanted. On time, neat, organized and good communication. James is amazing at tile work and diligent to boot. Jeremy kept the project on track and on budget. The vendors they used meet 360's standards and no one settled for less than a perfect job. They will do my next bathroom project!!

  Aaron and his team recently remodeled our master bath and did flooring in two other room; it was a great experience and we were very pleased with the results. They were professional and added appreciated advice based on their extensive experience. They were easy to work with and did exactly what we agreed upon. A couple of changes were made and they didn't blink an eye. I highly recommend 360 for home improvement work and will use them again.

  Ben, was real easy to work with. Responses were all quick. When we ran into a problem with the floor (Not related to 360), Ben came out and gave an explanation about the problem. He arranged for mold and hazard mitigation. His team was very polite, quiet, and professional. Highly recommended.

  I would give zero stars if possible. I hired them to install laminate flooring. My subfloor was uneven and my primary concern was making sure everything was level before installation. I was assured over the phone that they would do that. There was poor communication before starting the job, which is whatever. But the actual installation was terrible. unlevel flooring, which ruined my floorboards. They did not level my subfloor as promised. I would highly encourage to hire someone else for installation of your floors. Edit: their professionism or lack there of is evident in their response. they will not take responsibility for their lack of quality. I have provided proof of both estimes and invoices, that I payed for their poor quality They've deleted their original edit, after getting caught lying. They are now coming up with new lies. They sent one guy for a week. There was no "guys". and there was zero prep work done. Stop lying and take some responsibility
