  Was very professional and gave estimates based on each project and as a whole. Once we got the go ahead to have them take care of the services we needed, they ordered the parts and got us scheduled as soon as the parts came in, which was same day.

  Richard is knowledgeable and had useful information pertaining to his line of work and to be potentially taking on younger apprentices for the betterment of of the future is an amazing thing to do these days. I appreciate his enthusiasm, support and willingness to work with the community. I will definitely keep him and his trusted apprentices in mind for any of my family and friends.   He and his crew did a nice job cleaning the vents and furnace. They were respectful of the house and seemed to be thorough. When he was finished I asked him if he could take a picture of the inside of the vent closest to the furnace as I had seen a picture of it prior to the cleaning. It looked great.

  He did a very good job. Looked over the whole situation first. Then got a couple machines out and cleared the clog. Then was very persistent about running lots of water making sure everything was good before he left. And he also cleaned up the space very good. He was very pleasant to work with.

  1st company i called for the work performed. All the phone calls were polite and knowledgeable. Appiontment reminders were used. Thank you! Onsite, Richard was up-front, professional and performed his work as expected. Moved the front outside water faucet 3 feet from it prior location. Getting ready to install new front porch and it was in the way.
