Even with one incident when a trencher broke up, their response was professional and the bill reflected the challenge we had therefore I dont critic by the broken equipment but by the professional customer/service oriented business. We could not accomplish the work without this equipment. We will see you more! Cheers.

- RBRichard BesseyNov 7, 20113.0From a home owner - I have rented several different pieces of equipment from them (roto-tiller, excavator, concrete buggy, trencher, skid steer, excavator, etc...) over the last several years. About 3/4 of the time the equipment worked with no big problems. I typically rent a trailer with the equipment and towed it home, never had anything delivered. Sometimes the staff is easy to work with, other times they are a bit short tempered and have a bit of attitude. I don't know about the ownership and management of the company, but the staff never seem to be "happy" and easy to deal with. Rates are reasonable compared to the big outfits in nearby Tri-Cities. Negatives - A bit limited on equipment (example, only one size of tracked skid steer available) They keep very close track of the hours on the machine and how long you had the machine. Because of this I have been going to Sunbelt Rentals in Kennewick more frequently (they have a weekend special, pick up Friday afternoon and return Monday morning, for the price of a one day rental, yes I burn more fuel to get the equipment but its a lot less stressfull for DIY home owners, and the staff there are always friendly and helpful (Newer equipment too!)) Tips: Clean the equipment! Make sure its full of fuel (They charge $6+/gallon) Be a smart consumer and use the equipment for the entire time you rented it, returning it early won't save you any $$
