  Having a broken frost-free faucet is bad in freezing weather. TCS,LLC was the first responder. Andrew P. knew what to do, and was willing to go under the house to do it. He had the right replacement faucet, so I agreed. He did a good job and had it fixed in less than an hour. The price was way overpriced, but being elderly and no longer able to go under the house, I agreed.

  Richard was pleasant and professional. Appreciated getting our toilet problem completed asap. He replaced the faulty part and showed me what the problem was. This toilet had been worked on the day before and we came close to having our bathroom flooded that night. The company decided to not charge me for the return visit to our home. I am very grateful for that. Thanks so much for helping us out. I will definitely ask for Richard in the future.

  Martin saved the day after we came home from vacation to a broken thermostat and a 50 degree house! He was able to find us a reasonably priced solution to warm our house back up, and let us know about some things we should keep an eye on. Thank you for getting our heat back on!

  When we came home from vacation to a 50 degree house Total Comfort came out within about an hour. Martin was able to let us know about some long term concerns with our whole furnace system and ultimately was able to find an affordable solution to get our heat back on. We'll definitely be keeping Total Comfort at the top of our list when it comes time to upgrade our system and they'll be my first call again if we have any emergency issues in the future.

  Total Comfort Solutions has done superb plumbing for me on two separate occasions. However, their water tank supplier (A.O. Smith) is atrocious. We set ours on a schedule, which it only gets right sometimes. My spouse is currently complaining the water is tepid when the schedule says it should be peak temp. You need the app to set a schedule or monitor remotely, but their app has a 1.2-star rating where 1-star is the lowest possible. It deletes my water heater about every month. Total Comfort Solutions, I BEG YOU for the sake of your sterling reputation, please change suppliers!!!
