  Overall pretty good. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I was happy with the work/price until the technician let me know the insulation around my copper tubing was in poor condition. I asked how much, he said $25. I told him to go ahead. He spent about 5 minutes doing a poor job of wrapping some type of what I assume to be insulation tape over the failing insulation. For $25? The paperwork process at the end didn’t seem necessary either.

  Mike was scheduled to inspect the installation of the new AC heat pump and to show to work over video to the county inspector. He noticed that the aggregate needed to be screwed on to the base and I pointed out that one air duct was not properly attached. He corrected both items to my satisfaction. Thank you Mike and thank Service Patriots. This was a follow-up visit to the original installation which was included in the original price of the system.

  I have used Service Patriots twice now. I am so impressed with this company! Every interaction is kind and respectful. Louie & Christian installed a mini split and Louie I knew from a Service maintenance call from Dec. Such a kind & knowledgeable man and was wonderful to see a familiar face! Eduardo came first for an estimate and we had a lovely conversation, he followed up with a thank you card in the mail which spoke directly about our chat. Truly feel part of the family. I will continue to use this company for all my heating & cooling needs. They are exceptional!

  I had Service Patriots come out and do a maintenance and a blower cleaning, rebalancing on my furnace recently. Taylor K. was not only knowledgeable but also professional, courteous and his experience with every detailed piece of my furnace was impressive! My furnace once felt overwhelming, misunderstood and a bit scary but I now feel confident it the health (and SAFETY) of my system. I even signed up for their maintenance program (which is great when you live in a quirky older home and want to limit unexpected expenses!) *Note: they were not pushy sales on the maintenance program - which I personally appreciate! 10/10 would recommend working with Service Patriots!!

  We had 2 HVAC systems installed by Service Patriots. Our main contact was with Meshach, who led us through the whole process and was wonderful to work with. The installers were David (lead), Miguel, Noah, and Marlon. They worked hard and smoothly together for a long day to get both the units installed well and made sure we had working heat before they left after 7pm. This team also protected our home and carpets, and spotlessly cleaned up after the units were installed. They came back to tweak the electronics and made sure we were completely satisfied, which we certainly are. The systems have been in place now for over a month. We are happy with the heat pump/air conditioner with the backup gas furnace systems we had installed. They are working great and are quieter than our old systems. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Service Patriots to friends and neighbors.
