  Booking was easy. They were able to schedule me the next day. Teal was our technician and he was fantastic. He was very thorough, taking the time to explain everything he was seeing and why he was suggesting some of the materials changes. There were obvious repairs that needed to happen. There were also some parts Teal noted in a "yellow zone" for concern based on the age of the products. He showed them to my husband and me once he had things disassembled so we could make a more informed decision. We chose not to do those replacements and he was supportive of our decision and didn't push unnecessary work. Maybe it's silly to say this, but it wasn't just his words. He had a reassuring and supportive smile when we said no, and that was that. He was straightforward talking through pricing, warranty options, and how to care for our garage door going forward. He even took the time to answer my questions about warning signs for the parts we chose not to replace yet. I appreciated his kindness, attention to detail, and care. Great service. Would absolutely hire Ponderosa again.

  I saw a coupon for a tuneup by Ponderosa Garage Doors and decided to make an appointment for two reasons: I needed a another clicker and my door hadn’t been checked or maintained since I bought it eighteen years ago. I believe Ken put it in back then, around 2008. Since then, I’ve used it multiple times a day and It’s still working great. I now know what to look for if any problems should come up due to its age. I highly recommend Ponderosa for garage doors and enjoyed meeting Orlando - wonderful guy, super friendly and helpful. Five stars, Ponderosa!

  Kyle and Darias were awesome. I called in the afternoon and they fixed my door the next morning. My spring snapped and my car was stuck in the garage. If anyone asks, I will definitely recommend Ponderosa. I was impressed with the clarity with which they explained my options. Oh, and my dogs likes them too, so that's another star I'd add if I could.

  We’ve been pleased with every step of getting our garage door. Jesse brought samples at first visit when getting bids. Very helpful. The installation went smoothly and was done in a couple hours. There was a barely noticeable dent in one of the panels that they replaced. I appreciated getting texts from workers with ETAs, their pictures and a little bit about them. I highly recommend Ponderosa.

  Five stars, no hesitation. Kyle and Antoine (sp?) came out and knocked this out fast. We had a snapped spring on our double-car garage door; they replaced the spring and pulleys, inspected the motor, and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. They also took a look at our smaller manual door while they were there, mentioned the rollers were getting worn and that replacing them would help it last longer. Totally reasonable price, zero pressure; I just said yeah, let's do it. These guys were professional, efficient, and genuinely fun to have around. The kind of crew that clearly knows what they're doing and doesn't make a production out of it. In and out, job done right, fair price. Ponderosa is going straight into my contacts. Highly recommend.
