  I highly recommend Revival Heating and Cooling for your home heating and cooling needs. Our 20 year old furnace and air conditioner were giving us problems for a few months until the furnace finally gave up the ghost. Robert met with us on 12-23-2025 to listen to what our needs were, and came back the next day to review several systems that could deliver what we were looking for. We chose to replace our heating/cooling system with a high efficiency heat pump and furnace. Revival was able to start work right away to enable us to use the rebates and tax credits available that expired after 12-31-2025. Emily, Jamie, and Kate did a great job communicating with us at all times to set up the installation. Tristen and Curt started on 12-29-2025 and were able to install the heat pump and furnace in 2 days, and were able to get us heat on the first day with the furnace (much appreciated). They were able to change the direction that the filter slid in and out, which was a huge hassle with the previous furnace. The heat pump was installed the next day, along an Ecobee smart thermostat. They were extremely nice to work with and really seemed to enjoy working together. After some further instruction on the proper way to program the Ecobee for the heat pump we were up and running!

  Dane came out on time to maintain my older heater which was repaired in March when I had a new Rheem AC unit installed, which has been running flawless all summer long. My heater has been working great so far this year and two weeks later my heater seemed a little louder than normal so I called and they sent somebody immediately back out which was Dane and his troubleshooting did not take long and found the sensor was failing so that was replaced and the heater is working great. I was informed and I know this that I'll have to replace the heater soon (29yrs old) and I'll be happy when I have Revival come out and help me choose the correct unit and size for my home. I feel confident that we'll pair it perfectly. They're a great company, professional, caring and I feel well care for. There's a reason most of there reviews are 5 stars. Great job Team! 🤗

Today I had my first experience with Revival Heating & Cooling, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them. From the moment I booked the appointment, the communication was clear, friendly, and everything ran like clockwork. Technician Dane Shepherd arrived right on time with his a friendly smile and a handshake that immediately put me at ease. As a former service electronics technician myself, I truly appreciated watching a pro at work. Dane thoroughly diagnosed my HVAC system – testing the 24VAC to the gas valve, checking ohm resistance on the high-limit switch, flame sensor and inspecting the HSI igniter, measuring air/heat ratios, and verified the in the house heat vents blowing 112F of air. Along with a long list of additional tests. His attention to detail and systematic approach were outstanding. Dane was not only highly skilled but also polite, patient, and happy to explain what he was doing every step of the way. The work was completed perfectly, and my system is running smooth and better. Revival Heating & Cooling has earned me a customer for life. If you want honest, knowledgeable, and top-tier service from a company that truly cares, look no further. I highly recommend them – and ask for Dane if you can!
