We didn't know what was causing the squeaking but Kyle put in the new rollers and our garage door immediately sounded so much better. Those new rollers were quality. The old, original rollers were cheap junk. Ponderosa is the company that you need to get your garage door working soundly and quietly! Thanks to Ponderosa and Kyle who did a great job for us. Also Kyle tuned the whole apparatus so that our garage door was closing and opening properly.

I spoke with several members of their team, and everyone was accommodating, knowledgeable, and walked me through the entire process, which I really appreciated, especially since this was not a small investment. Communication throughout was great. I took a bit of a risk with the design, and I’m so glad I did. The garage doors turned out absolutely fabulous. David, our installer, did a fantastic job. I am so pleased with the quality of the doors and the frosted glass brings in beautiful natural light while giving our home a more modern, edgy look. The entire process took about 3½ weeks from start to finish (install took about 4 and 1/2 hours). We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Ponderosa Garage Doors if you’re looking to replace or simply update your garage doors.
