Very efficient, timely and so pleasant. All individuals I have encountered were awesome. Jeff and Mike - the best!!! We replaced a front door window on a new door with privacy glass. They sent me glass options and came to measure. A week later they have the glass, did a quality inspection and arranged installation. Service was great. Cleaned up and did a great job. It looks so good and much more private but let’s Light in. Love it. I have recommended PNW Glass to our contractor who did the renovations our home. I don’t think I will have any up coming glass needs but if I do I know where I will first. They were so cool to work with.

How expensive is an in-person price estimate?
Our estimates are free. You will not be charged for an estimate within our general service areas (Vancouver, Camas, Battleground, Kelso, Longview, Washougal, Woodland, Kalama, Ridgefield, and the greater-Portland area). In addition, for other outlying areas, we can provide a rough quote by phone.
How quickly can I get a quote?
Generally, we can provide rough estimates over the phone within 2 business days. After that, typically we will schedule our glass technicians for a site visit within a few days and then our office staff with work to get you the best pricing, quality, and quickest availability to provide you a final a quote within 3-5 business days.
What type of glass services do you offer?
We work on both residential and commercial projects and provide glazing for the following: Glass Replacement in Windows, Full Window Replacement, Safety Glass, Door Glass, Storefront Doors and Frames, Sliding Glass Doors, Bath/Shower Enclosures, Mirrors, Glass Tabletops, Glass Partitions and Railings, Glass Stair Railings, and more!
Can you provide custom cut glass?
In most cases, we can cut from your pattern or measurements. We do many custom projects with unusual notches, holes, and shapes.
Do you replace auto glass?
Not yet, but we may be expanding to provide this service soon.
What type of warranties do you offer?
We offer a 1 year workmanship warranty, a 10 year insulated glass units warranty, and all other manufacturer’s warranties.
My window is foggy, do I need to replace the entire window unit or can just the glass be replaced?
If there is damage to the window (framing), the entire unit must be replaced. But, in most cases, the damage is to the glass only and that can be replaced at a much lower price.
Do you provide both commercial and residental services?
Yes, we can tackle your glass project at your home or commercial property!
Can you install glass walls?
Yes, we install custom glass walls, doors, and partitions!
Do you offer commercial mirrors?
Yes, we offer commercial mirrors for gyms, offices, and more!
Do you install glass railings?
Yes, we can install interior or exterior glass railings and glass partitions.

We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty, a 10-year insulated glass unit warranty, and all applicable manufacturer warranties.
If my window is foggy, do I need a full window replacement?
Not necessarily. If the window frame is damaged, the whole unit must be replaced, but often only the glass is damaged and can be replaced more affordably.
Are your services available for both commercial and residential properties?
Yes, we serve both commercial and residential clients for various glass projects.
