Both the expansion tank and labor had a 1 year warranty, so we were just past both, but D&F got a plumber out to my house the same day (New Years Eve) and replaced it with a large price discount given how soon after install it had failed. Shawn was nice and knowledgeable, and got us back up and going quickly.
