Above and beyond he gave me a referral to an electrician outside of the company to help me solve some other problems. Thank you Dan.

Mike came to look at my water heater and I learned it was too old to flush so he offered to do a 50-point check of my plumbing, a free service. Mike was very thorough, kind, professional, and explained things clearly without being pushy. Highly recommend and will continue to use in the future!
