- SSSarah StaeckApr 2, 20265.0Steven and John were so wonderful - they replaced my furnace and did a great job breaking terms down to where I could understand, I’m not an appliance savvy person. Super respectful, good communication (let me know when they were 20m out and gave core updates along the way without bogging me down). Also had a great experience with their PM Zander earlier this week. Kind, professional, even gave my shy dog a treat after asking for permission. He was also a strong communicator with a patient service mindset. Everyone covered their shoes in the house, respectful touch. My husband and I love the business we’ve done with Apollo.
- PCPaula CarlsonApr 1, 20265.0Starting off with the sales person Zander, my experience just got better and better with the decision to install an Air Conditioning System. Zander was knowledgeable, addressed every concern I had and work to get the best deal he could for me. Besides being punctual, the installers Thomas and Kaleb were incredibly professional, very skilled and took the time to explain what they were doing and how the system worked. It was enjoyable watching the two work together, you could tell they had a lot of respect for each other and for the company they work for! They were also respectful of my home and cleaned up my garage, even the mess I had made over the winter months! Apollo and their employees made this whole process stress-free. Very impressive company who appeared to value their employees. Thank you, Apollo.
- DDDustinApr 1, 20265.0Mitch inspected my HVAC system yesterday, ordered a new part for a leaky valve. Since Apollo had the part on hand he was able to make it out today to resolve the issue. Under warranty, service subscription, everything went smooth. No notes! Oops, I initially listed Gavin. He came out yesterday for to inspect Plumbing too. Both did great. :D
- MTMary TsangMar 26, 20265.0Michael was terrific from beginning to end. We had the pleasure of working with him on two projects. He was not only knowledgeable, profession and highly skilled but went above and beyond to fix some piping he noticed was installed incorrectly under our kitchen sink! He throughly explained every step of the project and went over saving options to optimize cost. I mainly signed up for the membership program because of him! Apollo is lucky to have him as an employee and we were lucky to have met such a terrific plumber!
