  Resicon has been especially helpful with AC installation, including working with our HOA and the rules they have. Blake was very kind, communicative, and explained the various plans we’ve had to discuss and helped us cross the finish line!

  Resicon is fantastic to work with. They are reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly. Most recently Jason came out for maintenance of our heat pump and was great. We are very happy with our heat pump and the service from Resicon.

  Jason was my contact and did a great job. He serviced the furnace, cleaned the filters and provided recommendations in a fair and non-alarmist manner. He was honest and there was no attempted up-sale, which I appreciate.

  My experience with Resicon was so-so. They did not complete the work they had quoted for and asked for a down payment. There was no honest communication about why they were not coming to convert our electric stove to a gas stove. I kept following up on this matter, and after more than two weeks, they responded with an apology that they could not perform our work due to safety issues. I had to push them to reimburse both the gas stove I had paid for in full and the down payment. Resicon management doesn't have effective communication. You'll need to follow up with them several times for the company to work and to finish the project/s. This was not our first project with them, though even the first HVAC project, I kept calling the office to embark on, which was done after two months and multiple follow-ups. *On the other hand, their technicians were friendly and responsible. We had around seven technicians who came to our facility, and they were all great and did commendable work.*

  We hired Resicon in 2022 to replace our oil furnace with a heat pump and we were very happy with the work. We hired them again this Fall to replace all the old galvanized steel plumbing in our house. We originally got a quote for this work in 2024, and had to postpone for personal reasons. When we came back to Resicon this Fall, they had remembered our whole project and had even saved our estimate and we were able to pick back up where we left off. Chase was managing our project, and Alex was leading on site everyday. They both were great to work with and very friendly. Part of our work was getting our water main up to the street replaced which I was pretty nervous about, but the team made quick work of it with very minimal repairs needed to our driveway. They estimated 3 days for our project, which seemed so short for how big of a re-pipe it was, but sure enough the team finished it all up 3 days. The team has been very prompt with answering any questions as well. We are very happy with the work, and couldn’t be happier with how our new plumbing is working.
