  Puget Sound Electric did an excellent job replacing the Federal Pacific panels in our home. Charlie communicated clearly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The team was timely, professional, and did high-quality work. They also coordinated seamlessly with the sellers to make sure everything was completed in time for us to close on schedule. Very impressed with their service and would highly recommend them.

  Adds services and products without authorization, doesn't pay his suppliers (causing a lein on our property), and left us with improperly labeled electrical panels requiring another vendor to rectify the situation.

  I have been really pleased with Charlie’s Electric, LLC. My project was large (new electrical panel, rewire and create several sub-panels, replace and install new lighting, wire hot tub & sauna) has dragged on for quite awhile, and Charlie’s team has stuck with me. They’ve been able to schedule me in for the past 2 years as we moved through this. Charlie’s team has always been on time and ready to work. They are always courteous and professional and explain things to me in a way that my non-electrical brain can understand. I’ve had a few different contractors through this project and I can say that this team - from Charlie, to the crew, to Shayna (office manager, extraordinaire!) - has been the best I’ve worked with.
