- RRRita4 days ago5.0Kyle was outstanding!! Kyle went above and beyond to fix my furnace issue and service my furnace. He even put covers over his shoes before entering my home, which I very much appreciated!! Kyle even took the time to show me how to use the heat option on my split unit—I was beyond happy and grateful. The services provided were also quick and very efficient. I highly recommend pacific heating. 5 star service all around for sure. Also, the customer service reps were wonderful and very helpful. Wonderful company all around! I will continue to use pacific heating annually and whenever needed. Thank you!!

I had zero knowledge on what he was talking about until he showed photos of his snake like camera that went deep inside the furnace guts. Now I totally understood whet he was referring to on the problem area's. Mark was very professional all around. Thank you for the great work!

After spending some time on the system he diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution that resolved it. Andrew also let me know in a non pressure way of other concerns that should be addressed. Great conversation and wonderful employee. Company should be proud that he is out in front representing them. Would definitely recommend.
- TJTom JackNov 11, 20251.0Extremely unprofessional only can come up with reasons why they can't can't problem solve work through and come up with Solutions- typical of today. Exactly my point you only want to charge people thousands of dollars for new systems, Barkley I found a company with a technician actually doesn't mind working Tech found the problem ended up being a manufacturer defect the manufacturer sending a replacement part out the technician that's actually willing to work is going to put it in they get money for that work and not whining about it. I feel sorry for all the people who can't do the work or solve problems themselves and left with companies like you.
