The salesman was patient and helpful with follow-up questions. The installation team was great from the crawl space guy through the interior cabinet builders. The electrician was efficient and helpful to the team. I'm most impressed with the quality installation of the air handler (it was a tight space) and with the clean install of the outside unit.
