    A#1 from start to finish. I got 5 estimates and went with CSM. They were the 2nd cheapest and provided a top-rated ducted split system heat pump. The salesman was patient and helpful with follow-up questions. The installation team was great from the crawl space guy through the interior cabinet builders. The electrician was efficient and helpful to the team. I'm most impressed with the quality installation of the air handler (it was a tight space) and with the clean install of the outside unit.

    Wow!! These folks are serious! I developed service entrance problems, and these folks came immediately and gave me an estimate. I contacted them for scheduling, and they handled everything for us. The permit, the PUD, and completed the work in just 3 hrs!! 3 hrs between power off and power restored😲. This is the company to call! They will give you the very best care!!

    Excellent customer service! Seth is absolutely the best! Our heat pump has been working fine, but still felt we weren't getting enough heat. Seth came to our house to help us adjust the thermostat features instead of trying to do it over the phone. Very happy with the system and his service! Today he called to follow up and ensure we were satisfied.
