  My family was going to replace our old heater, and CSM has a same brand heater as ours- Tran which had worked so good for 20 years. And they suggested several affordable options! Everyone of CSM are so nice from the frontdesk lady to the technicians, and did really a Great job!

  We had a roof and solar panels installed. Roof done in a day, solar done the next. It took a couple of days for inspection and permits to be signed off. They also installed my car charger and roofed our little shed to match.

  CSM's Project #2 for me - was the Roofing team. From the Manager Eric and his terrific Roofing team to the very helpful office support staff- Becka :). They did an amazing job replacing my 18 year old roof that had already developed mildew /algae on the north facing portion. They ably were able to replace those sections with improved newer materials. The team's cleanup and protection of my plants on the ground was also meticulous and well thought out! Much appreciated:). The HVAC crew - Jason and company - who also did an amazing job a month earlier (see separate review) improving my HVAC efficiency and even after a long day - making sure everything was meticulous in cleanup. Both bids were very competitive (I got 3 different ones for each job) and I was super impressed from the get-go by their professionalism and answering all kinds of questions. They were supported by terrific reviews and many years of a company impressing their customers:) PLEASE NOTE: For some reason - Google lists these as 2 separate companies - even though they are the same - that work together between Tumwater and Chehalis offices. My 5 star review for the PROJECT #1 - HVAC team was posted 10 days ago - under the CHEHALIS address. This WON'T BE SEEN under the Tumwater address - unless clicking there separately. Doesn't seem right! CAN SOMEONE at CSM (tumwater and/or Chehalis offices) GET THIS FIXED? One stellar review shouldn't be hidden because someone clicks on the other address! on the CHEHALIS address site-beginning of my 5 star review for HVAC. With more pictures. a week ago New Terrific hardworking team from CSM. They did a very thorough and professional job changing out my 18 yr old gas powered HVAC to electricity powered and more efficient unit-including a terrific Smart Thermostat that included PSE Rebate....

  I cannot recommend this company enough! First and foremost they were on time, never rescheduled or delayed the install, had all the equipment /parts they needed on site. 1. Estimate Seth gave me an estimate for a ductless mini split heat pump system. I was looking for recessed ceiling units to provide air conditioning & heating. After looking at the layout of my condo he explained my options. He gave me 3 estimates at different price points for my financial situation. 2. Install Day Seth also came out first day of the 2 day install and gave me the run down on the schedule. He relayed my location preferences of the ceiling units to the crew. 3. Electrician The electrician was amazing. He was able to creatively work around weird things in my condo & behind the walls that was unexpected. Kept me informed and how it was going each step of the way and nailed it with way less drywall disturbance than expected. Experience really pays off! 4. Efficiency The 5 man crew came out and each worked in a room(s) / attic / outside- conquering the install quickly. 5. Crew Every single person was so nice, they were professional and were super conscience of my home wearing footies, cleaning up dust and vacuuming. They seriously left my home cleaner than when they started. They worked quickly and were helpful to each other. They finished early!! What a great surprise, initially a 2 day install they finished before noon the second day! They went over how to clean the filters and how to use the system. Really great training to use my new system. 🥰 This was BY FAR the best company I have worked with for home repairs, installs and remodels. I will sing their praises for years to come! ***Thank you Larissa at Williams Contracting for recommending Chehalis Sheet Metal. They are A++++.
