- AAAntonyJun 16, 20251.0Very disappointed with this store. I bought several drills here a few months ago, and everything was fine until yesterday when they suddenly stopped working. Before driving to the store, I called to make sure it would be worth my time and asked if I could bring them in for an exchange. They said yes. I spent hours getting there, but once I arrived, they couldn’t find my receipt and refused to help. All they did was tell me to call the manufacturer’s hotline. No support, no responsibility — terrible customer service. I won’t be shopping here again.
