  A great store at the Tulalip outlets to buy power tools without paying the full retail price. They have a solid selection of Ryobi and Ridgid tools at discounted prices, and have additional discounts on top of that. What really stood out to me though was the staff. Everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed, and were available right away. If you're looking for great deals on Ryobi or Ridgid tools and want to deal with people who care about helping customers, this is definitely a spot worth checking out!

  Very disappointed with this store. I bought several drills here a few months ago, and everything was fine until yesterday when they suddenly stopped working. Before driving to the store, I called to make sure it would be worth my time and asked if I could bring them in for an exchange. They said yes. I spent hours getting there, but once I arrived, they couldn’t find my receipt and refused to help. All they did was tell me to call the manufacturer’s hotline. No support, no responsibility — terrible customer service. I won’t be shopping here again.

  Neat store full of mostly Ryobi tools. Friendly staff. Wished they carried more Ridgid stuff.
