  Devon is one of the best. We had hvac issue during a hot day, big guys said they cant work on it as it is 20 year old unit. Devan came on short notice and fixed the issue with fraction of the cost.

  Working in building automation systems myself, I have incredibly high standards when it comes to HVAC and controls work, and One Hour absolutely blew me away. I originally reached out to them for preventative maintenance on my ducted heat pump, and their technicians proved to be phenomenal. They took the time to deeply evaluate the equipment. They quickly identified a few underlying controls issues that were keeping the unit from running optimally and fixed them right then and there. They also helped me pick out and install a new thermostat. They knew exactly which model would unlock and enhance the specific capabilities of my heat pump, giving me much better control and efficiency. It is rare to find a residential HVAC team with this level of technical expertise, honesty, and attention to detail. I will have these guys on speed dial for any future HVAC issues in my home.
