- XLXin LDec 30, 20221.0The customer service agent called because UR was unable to deliver the backhoe on the original reservation time requested. The agent suggests changing the reservation time from 3:00 pm to 3:00 pm the next day, breaking the work day into 2 days. The agent told me they will still going to charge a 1-day rate. So I agree to proceed with the new time frame. HOWEVER, NOW UR IS CHARGING FOR EXTRA MONEY ON TIME THAT MACHINE OPERATED. UR, if you are transparent with your business, DO NOT EVER STATE ON THE RESERVATION THINGS SUCH AS START TIME AND END TIME. Making your customers all confused and everything. No where obvious on checkout online nor reservation email stating a work day of the rental is 8 hours either. Your customer agents are useless and misleading too. Never UR ever again, this is bad business. I paid for a backhoe with an extended cap with a higher rental rate showing online. Oh and UR charge me an extra price and deliver a backhoe without an extended cap too, why didn’t UR reimburse me for that?
