  The men at the Tukwila location were absolutely amazing!! They were knowledgeable, patient, honest, and answered all of our questions over 2/3 visits while we shopped around. We ended up getting the best deal for quality LVP and they helped us set up pick from the Tacoma location. They don't have as much of a selection as some other places but the service was WELL worth it!

  I am updating my review as of June, 2023 to say even more great things about Pro-Flooring. Why? Because I called them to say that I had spilled some ammonia on the floor and there was some slight discoloration on the finish. Josh, the owner, just left my house after fixing the floor and he didn't even charge me! Their work and customer service can't be beat. In fact, my General Contractor is so impressed with their work, that he is now bidding out Pro-Flooring on his jobs! I can't say enough great things about Pro-Flooring. They recently replaced most of the flooring in my home, which had been a combination of wood and carpet, with new wide plank engineered hardwood. I had received 2 bids and went with Pro-Flooring because their estimate was substantially less. The floor turned out perfectly! The owner, Josh, takes incredible pride in his work and wants his customers to be happy. Everyone showed up on time every day and were very polite and professional. I received a lot of guidance from Josh on which type of finish would look the best and provide the best protection for the floors. There was a lot of work to be done, and they completed the work on time! Josh is incredibly responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. I will be recommending Pro Flooring to all my friends.

  We had some defective material with our project which required replacing and the owner Bogdan was in complete agreement. He scheduled his salesman and the mfg rep to come address the issue and schedule the replacement. We were pleased with the professional response. Unfortunately, his salesman Michael had a completely opposite demeanor. He was argumentative dismissive and condescending while here with the factory rep. Insted of supporting what had been discussed and agreed on with the owner. He was instead challenging the legitemacy of issues, while The factory rep remained professional and did his part to measure the areas of concern to order the warranty replacement. After such a negative experience with Michael, we contacted the owner who requested i send him details of our experience. We also requested to have no further contact with Michael. From then on everything went smoothly and the floors are now complete and and satisfactory. However, one day after the project was completed I received this random text from none other than Michael...... I trust our installer did a good job. I'm sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the process and we were also inline with many other contractors that didn't satisfy you. I'm sorry you didn't have the experience you were hoping for. I'm happy we are square and your floors are complete. If you feel you need to leave a bad review, that's your call. We did respond as quickly as we could and that the reason I went there with the floor vendor and said "let make this happen for you". Your letter to the owner was a little unfair and inaccurate. You may have misread my tone. My true and moderate tone of disdain was for your floors not being done correctly and the scratches. It was no reflection to you and I was clear that we were going to make it right. Enjoy your new floors PS my dog did not relieve himself near or in your yard.
