Gave me overall information and tips and tricks as well as informed me of any plumbing issues that may arise. I haven't decided to get any plumbing work done but Tyler's level of professionalism was great and has definitely won me over to do other plumbing jobs as well as possibly paying for the home care plan seeing that I may have more issues in the future.

When Jason and his 2 apprentices did the job - they were great and found that the leak was a big crack in a pipe- So nice to have the yearly Home inspection as part of the Home Care Plan- otherwise this could have been a horrible mess.

We also super appreciated Tyler's insight on navigating these issues in the future, surveying the house for other potential concerns, and the connections that Harts has with other partners. We'd love to work with Tyler again if need be, but hopefully we won't require your assistance with any immediate issues in the future!
