- ARAlice Rattananongsy4 days ago1.0Hart’s service technician Scott seemed like a very nice guy. What was not nice was how they quoted me $6,000 for a SPOT REPAIR in my water line. I told him I knew how outrageously overpriced that amount was and would not be paying that. He made a call to his manager and in an instant, they slashed the price 50%. I told him I would like to work with them but would not be paying that price and kindly showed him the door. I asked him straight up how they justify charging me that price for a spot repair and he gave me a grinning smile. I took care of the issue myself the next day and had to pay an outrageous price of $19.94 in materials. I will be leaving a review on Yelp. Thanks but no thanks, Harts.

His knowledge about plumbing and septic systems was helpful with seeing the options to solve the problem. He was able to offer several choices for how to deal our problem and let us know the costs for each one. We will have to decide which option to choose - - I am grateful to know what can be done and feel confidence with the detailed information Logan provided.

Jeremy came out, look at what needed to be done and got us on my calendar. He was really helpful in explaining the work, explaining the issues with our current set up. Then Justin came on NYE to perform the work with another tech. Justin really was exceptional. It took 8 hours. They kept the area clean, let me know when the work would get loud (I was working from home and taking calls) and after he completed everything, explained what it pipe does, where the water is going, and how to shut things off.

Before he got started we went over pricing, and what the next steps would be if the clog for our sink wouldn’t budge. I would absolutely use them again. I will mention, our service did get postponed twice. The first was short staffing, and the second time they were stuck at an emergency sewage issue. I fully understood. My clogged kitchen sink was an inconvenience, not a pressing issue. I would still use them again, and we had scheduled right after the holidays which is usually when things are crazy.

In addition to fixing the problem, Cody completed a full electrical home safety checklist. He presented detailed findings along with several helpful recommendations, all explained in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the entire visit, he made sure I felt informed, comfortable, and confident in the work being done. Cody did an excellent job resolving the electrical issue, and he took the time afterward to ensure all my concerns were addressed and that I was fully satisfied with the results.
