Great service and reasonable pricing! These guys are great. I had a septic backup and my main line had to be replaced. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized and the elderly gentleman I lived with was home alone. Brandon was quick to act and went out of his way to help get things back up and running. Would highly recommend!

Had issues with a clog and Brandon came out to my house within 30 minutes of me calling in need. He was very nice and easy to talk to about the issue. Unfortunately the repair that was needed required more than what he usually does, but he was very nice and recommended someone who could come help me. I plan on calling Brandon when I do need my septic pumped and for future issues. Very thankful for the quick response, my anxiety levels went down just having him there to talk through it.

I am glad I went with your company, Brandon was very kind and professional, even though it was pouring down rain and he got a clog in the hose he kept plugging along until complete. Brandon was concerned about getting mud on my sidewalk, I told him don't worry about it it washes off. You guys did a great job. Thank you for a job well done. I would definitely you use guys again.

What an all around great experience, minus the fact I needed my septic pumped out!
It clogged on me last night I called Sasquatch Septic first thing in the morning, John answered and told me they could be out here same day as soon as I was off work!
Brandon showed up right on time, he even explained everything to me, how the septic tank worked, the inlet, the drain field and the procedure. He even told me the cause and how to help prevent it as frequently
5 stars for me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ great experience
They were punctual, friendly, great customer service, and knowledgeable!
Thank you John and Brandon
